WRITING PROMPT # 2&3

Hello beautiful human,
we have another writing prompt. This will be a continuation of our last prompt with the theme around relationship. If you didn’t do the last prompt, no worries, you can jump right into this one, or you can go back and do the last one before moving into this one.
Originally prompts were going to be for paid subscribers only, but I’ve decided to change that (at least for the moment). So, if the first prompt wasn’t available for you due to your subscription being free, it is available to you now (video coming soon about that).
Today is a two-part prompt. For the first part, we will go right into the prompt and it will be a quick 7 minutes, and then we will do some grounding and centering and go right into the second prompt.
If you’d rather just get the prompt and not watch the video see below, but if you are going to watch the video I encourage you to not read the prompt ahead of time.

TIPS
set a timer or page limit
be in a space free from distraction
music or no music, but whatever feels nice for you
set the tone. light a candle, burn some incense, ding a bell, beat a drum…something that invites you to be in your space and be right here, right now for a few moments

WRITING PROMPT # 1
*I do emphasize following whatever writing style speaks to you and feels right for you at the moment, and there will be times I offer a suggestion. You are welcome to experiment and take the suggestion or throw it to the side, but today I am going to offer a suggestion that you do the first prompt as a list.

Time: 7minutes (or whatever you want)
Grounding/Centering/Heart Connection Steps
*for those who want to be taken through the grounding I suggest you do not peak at the writing prompt beforehand. It will allow the process to be more from your heart space than your thinking brain. There is also an extra piece we do in the video that is not in the written form.
get comfortable sitting or lying down
take a few exhales and if available, audibly let go of any lingering thoughts or energy
allow the eyes to settle and come to a natural close or gaze
gently pull your awareness and energy to you
notice and say hello to the breath (no need to change, just notice what you notice and say hello)
after a few moments with the breath, gently bring awareness to the body and notice where your body makes contact with the support it’s resting on (sit bones, feet, legs, arms, back…etc.)
invite the body to rest deeper if available
after a few moments with the body and support, gently bring awareness to the heart
notice how the heart is showing up (tightness, openness, emotion…etc.)
say hello to the heart, welcoming it exactly as it is
